United For Inclusive Education
The goal of the United for Inclusive Education project is to promote quality education for all children with disabilities in Lagos State by advocating for a comprehensive inclusive education policy and encouraging organizations of persons with disabilities to participate in the monitoring process.
One of the pivotal activities this delivered was the publication of the report Mainstreaming and Inclusive Budgeting Process.
Out On A Limb
Approximately 10 million people reached since its inception.
The “Out On A Limb” initiative was borne out of the need to continuously and actively educate the society on the demand for better management of limb loss and differences, fracture management and social integration for children and people living with limb loss.
The Iredians
Meet The Iredians
The purpose of the comic book is to raise awareness and educate children enrolled in schools about disability.
We launched Africa's first of its kind, inclusive comic disability featuring comical illustrations of children with five different forms of disability. This works as an advocacy tool to increase disability awareness and minimize social stigma and discrimination against children with disability.
Limb2Care Initiative
The Limb2Care Initiative is a support group for caregivers of children with disabilities to encourage, support, share experiences and learn from one another.
