    He studied Religious studies from University of Jos and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Religious Studies degree. 

    He has served as a Pioneer Rector with ESTAC institute of Construction and Engineering Enugu, As the General Manager Environmental Sustainability Thinking and Action Centre (a non-profit organization based in Enugu). 

    He Served as a trustee with Exceptional young people’s Initiatives (EXYUPI, a non profit organization focused on repositioning young people to drive global advocacies) .And also in several committees of the Federal Ministry of Education for the set up of Innovation Enterprise Institutions (IEIs and VEIs). 

    Azubuike is the 1st National Secretary of National Association of Innovation and Vocational Enterprise Institutions.

    Ugochukwu Obiora Chime is the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Copen Group of Companies and the chairman of Bethel Microfinance Bank Limited.

    He studied Geography at the University of Nigeria from where he graduated with a B.Sc. (Hon) Geography degree in 1984.He obtained his PGD after completing his program in Surveying, Geodesy & Photogrammetry which he undertook between 1987 and 1989.He later obtained a second PGD program in Management from the University of Nigeria within 1990 and 1991. 

    In 1995, he became a registered Surveyor with Surveyors Registration Council of Nigeria (SURCON). He also got a Graduate Diploma in Theology from Agape Bible College, Enugu. Ugochukwu is a consultant, planner and a constructor in all of which he has come to acquire appreciable expertise and vast experience.

    His career as a surveyor commenced in 1998 and has lasted over one and half decades. Some of his works in this time include the Planning and design of the Unity Estate which he completed. between 1999 and 2000, worked on and completed the Urban Upgrade of Calabar, Ikom & Ogoja towns in Cross River State. He was in charge and completed the construction of 42 plots Ebeano Housing Estate within 2000 and 2002.


    Angela Ajala currently the National President, Business and Professional Women Nigeria, is a senior consultant with the School resources center and also the Educational Consultant for implementing new curricular. 

    She is the Executive director of Ladela schools, Abuja, Nigeria with a B. A. (Hons) English. Certificate in Computer Studies P.G.D.E. M.A. English. Advanced Diploma in Guidance/Counseling. 

    Mrs. Angela Ajala is a seasoned educationist with twenty-one (21) years of experience in the public and private education sector(s). She has attended and conducted many seminars/workshops for schools and other educational affiliated organizations and has a number of papers to her credit. 

    She has served as the chairperson to the Educational committee BPW Abuja, the secretary for Examination committee Kaduna polytechnic in 2001, the Adviser to National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools Kaduna in 2002, Adviser for National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools FCT chapter in 2004,a member with the National Association of Proprietors Schools Ex-officio within 2005-2008. In August 2010, she got a certificate of excellence for contribution to the Socio-Economic development of Continent by KAPOUR.

    She easily ranks among the most outstanding educationists in Nigeria.


    Crystal Olasunmbo Chigbu is a wife, mother and a Transition & Change Management Counsellor.

    She has over 12 years’ experience in Sales and Childcare Product Development gathered while working for one of the world's leading Multi-National Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company in Nigeria.

    Crystal’s experience and passion for children and women led to the founding of The IREDE Foundation. As the Executive director and Founder of The IREDE Foundation, Crystal has galvanized help for children living with limb loss by providing them with prosthetic aid. Together with her team at the foundation, Crystal has developed a vibrant counseling framework that provides coping strategies for both children and families dealing with the challenge of limb loss. 

    Her interests have led her to become actively involved in a number of NGOs/CSR initiatives biased to children and women. Crystal is an active member of Business and Professional Women (BPW), a group that is currently establishing both local and international networks for female professionals.

    Crystal is  an alumnus of Pan African University; and a multi-award recipient for awards including the Life Transformation Award from WISE WOMEN AWARDS, the Ebony Life TV sponsored Sisterhood Award for Philanthropist of the year (2014) and Naija Diamonds (2014) sponsored by Diamond Bank to mention but a few .

    Happily married to Zubby Chigbu, a seasoned Human Capability and Capacity Consultant; together they have two children; Beulah Ireoluwade and Eden Erioluwa Chigbu.
